Lawn Care
to match the needs of your lawn...
Whilst the exact lawncare programme for your lawn will be dictated by it's
specific needs as identified in the lawn survey all plants have a common need
for nutrients.
Mowing is a serious drain on the soil’s reserves of nutrients. Unless these
reserves are replenished the grass turns pale and becomes thin and sparse. A
regular feeding programme will not only make the grass look greener it will also
produce a dense closely knit turf where weeds and moss will struggle to become
established. The grass will also become more resistant to drought and disease.
The three major nutrients required by your lawn are Nitrogen, Phosphorous and
Potasium.
During the course of the season the ratio of the major nutrients required by your lawn
changes. It is therefore vital to provide the correct balance of these major
nutrients at different times of the year. You can be confident that the Green
Key approach to feeding your lawn will ensure
that your lawn gets the right balance of nutrients throughout the year.
